Sandra Thébaud, Ph.D., President and CEO
Sandra Thébaud is a Certified Professional Coach with a Ph.D. in Psychology and a specialty in Stress Management, Transition Management, and Emotional Intelligence. She has been helping clients reach their personal and professional goals for over 16 years.
In 1994, she joined the U.S. Navy as a Psychologist and was honorably discharged as a Navy Lieutenant Commander. Since then, she has worked as a Psychologist, Adjunct Professor, Program Developer, and Consultant in both large and small organizations. She has taught classes and workshops, published numerous
articles, and been an invited lecturer on topics such as Change Management, Professional Development, Leadership Skills, Stress Management, Goal Setting, Emotional Intelligence and Transition Management.
Some of her clients include General Electric, Wal-Mart, State Farm Insurance, The American Heart Association, The American Lung Association, Cisco Systems/Small Business Development Center, West Valley Public Health, and SCORE.
