Sandra graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology with a Ph.D. in Psychology. She is a former Lieutenant Commander who spent four years as a Navy Psychologist and consultant to the Marine Corps' 1st Special Forces Group. She earned a Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Award for her pioneering work with the Special Forces Group. After serving her country, she worked as a consultant for Kaiser Permanente while remaining on inactive duty for seven more years. Sandra has created and delivered organizational training and development programs for clients and offices throughout the United States. Some of her clients include General Electric, Wal-Mart, State Farm Insurance, The American Heart Association, The American Lung Association, Cisco Systems/Small Business Development Center, West Valley Public Health, and SCORE. Her focus areas are organizational change, top team development and peak performance. She is also a Fellow of the American Institute of Stress and a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
